A clear, well-lit photo works best. We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP. HEIC photos from iPhones are accepted when we can safely convert them. We will tell you if the resolution looks low, but we will not reject a photo unless it cannot be processed.
The live preview shows approximate placement. Final placement may vary slightly during production. Colors can also shift a little between screens and printed materials.
Yes. Choose send as a gift, add the recipient’s details, and we will ship to them. You can hide the price and keep it a surprise.
No. Guest checkout is fully supported. You can create an account later to save recipients and reorder.
Delivery options depend on the destination, the product, and current production timing. We only show options that are actually available, including local same-day when the business rules allow it.
Yes. You can request a deliver-by date at checkout. If that date is not achievable, we will show the earliest available option.
If we cannot produce the piece from the file you sent, we will contact you using the details you provided and ask for a replacement photo before we print.
